ALLAH (most high ) says:
“ you who believe, fasting has been prescribed for you just as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may do your duty to Allah, on days which have been planned a head. Any of you who is ill or journey has to choose a number of other days” albaqara: 2:183-184.
Allah messenger (s.a.w).
“Islam is bassed on five principles: The “shahadah” (witnessing that there is no deity but, Allah and messenger);The prayer, The zakat, The hajj, and the sawm(fasting during Ramadan month). Bukhari and muslim.
The one who did not fast one day of Ramadan without an excuse would not lake up for it fasting all his lifetime even he were to do it that). Tirmizi, Nisa,a, Ibn khuzaimah.
Ibn Abbas (RAA) said: “Islam bonds and principles of religious are three things: witnessing that there is no deity expect Allah, the prayer, and fasting during Ramadan. Anyone who abandons any of these becomes an unbeliever ). We seek refuge in Allah from that.
